All of our apartments have washer and dryer inside the units.

Very nice apartments with great amenities. Staff are professional, courteous and thorough. Maintenance takes great care in getting things right. Loved the location, too. If we hadn't purchased a house (which was always our plan), we'd still be living there. Take a tour and see for yourself. I really want say thank you Avalon Park for a wonderful community. It has nice group of staffs, clean and friendly enviroment. Apartments are spaces and you feel like you live in a house. They have nice swimming pool, recreation room, they have their own park. Its like you feel at home when you walk around the property. We have only lived here a few months, but love it here. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in. The grounds are very well kept. The other negative reviews, especially about costs, must not be looking at prices of rentals now. Yes, rent is high, every place. But we got a move in special, were told rent would go up at lease end, nothing was hidden. This was right in line with other apartments we looked at even at its normal rate. Staff has treated us very kindly and we love it so far.

When I moved from little old McMinnville OR, to Tigard OR I was a little lost and confused with where things were.
